you are arranging the friend’s party? not her parents?
sounds like she has probably done most everything teens can do for their b’days, I doubt you can find something more spectacular than those she has already had
Try a pool party at some big place where there is room for LOTS of people. Also you can try to think of a different theme. Like Hawaiian or Jamaican or Anything. Have something like a pavillion where people can eat or hang out. A car on the 16th birthday and a band are something people really enjoy. Last A dj Before any band plays. if any band plays. Well good luck hope she has a great birthday!

beach party, sleepover, dance party, pool party (she could rent the pool), ice skating party, concert, surprise party, go to a fancy resturaunt.
Well she’s rich. She doesn’t need help with anything because I am sure she has been dreaming of her 16th b-day. Let her figure it out herself! b/c it will be more memorable for her. DER
If they’re rich you should try taking ideas from ‘My Super Sweet Sixteen’. However, your friend might like the idea of a bonfire. If you live near a beach throw her a beach party! Anything will make it awesome if she puts her own personal touches on it that make it her own!
Go someplace like Georgia or Arkansas & rent a big cabin. & then have a party.

this is my dream sweet 16:
go on a cruise! i just think that would be sooo much fun with just a few friends.
and for one of my birthday parties my uncle rented me a limo and i surprised all my friends and picked them up at their houses we drove around for a while and i made a cd of all our favorite songs that we blasted it the entire time we also drove to brusters and had some ice cream in between you could go to the mall and see a movie or something
after a few hours of having the limo we drove back to my house and had a sleep over

for my friend’s sweet 16, she went out and got all these ingredients and we made our own pizzas. it sounds weird but it was actually alot of fun :]
you could also have a bonfire. those are always fun :]
