party idea
Popular asked:

I am having a realese party for this magazine I write, I’m thinking that I need a really fun, original theme, and people can dress according to the theme. Be creative any ideas help!!! Not 80’s, 50’s or anything like that though.

Just make it an elegant party, have people dress up in dresses and tuxedos. They can bring dates and just rent out a dj, that’s basically all you need. And snacks, fruit trays.

I think it would be helpful to know what kind of magazine you are releasing. Obviously a “leather chaps” theme wouldn’t be appropriate if you write about montessori schools for children, but might not be a bad idea for the release of Iron Horse, ya know? Here’s a few thoughts anyway:
    -Animal prints
    -Favorite movie villians
-Olympics (right around the corner now)
-Origami: Japanese attire, and have everyone cut out any article they’ve enjoyed recently from any magazine and make some kind of origami with it. Origami instructions are easily found on the web. Then at the end of the party you have a bunch of insight about what your potential readers like to read

Masquerade party…or Marie Antoinette…or Renascence…or golf pro’s and tennis hoe’s LOL;) just kidding…. Gangster days, roaring 20’s….under the sea, like mermaids and sharks….beach party…..paparazzi party…have everyone bring there cameras and be the paparazzi and then there will be lots of fun pictures to keep…..Christmas in July….everyone could bring a “Christmas” gift and then donate them to a children’s home or a shelter….
